Part Time - Women's Soccer - Assistant Coach

Penn State Brandywine has an immediate opening for a part-time Assistant Women's Soccer Coach. This role reports to the Director of Athletics and runs through the duration of the academic year. Penn State Brandywine is a provisional member of the NCAA, competing in the United East Conference starting in September 2024.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with organizing all aspects of the program, including practice and game preparation, and recruitment of qualified student-athletes.
• Motivate student-athletes, encourage high academic standards, leadership skills, and manage the team’s commitment to NCAA and United East Conference regulations.
• Complete game day duties as assigned.
• Complete administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years coaching experience at the collegiate or high school level.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check (required to operate a motor vehicle as part of job duties).
• PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.
