Part-Time Wellness Outpatient Nurse

Role Overview This is a PRN position requiring flexibility in scheduling, with responsibilities including conducting health and wellness assessments for diverse populations in an outpatient setting. The role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with interprofessional teams, and ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Emphasis is placed on providing respectful, equitable, and culturally sensitive care, with a focus on patient-centered advocacy and safety. Qualifications & Skills Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing; RN license required.Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; preferred Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of experience.Ability to work safely and remain alert in a safety-sensitive environment.
