Part Time Wellness Attendant - Studio Cleaning

If so, join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio in Brookfield, WI! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people.

Schedule

Minimum availability of 3 shifts per week, including weekend hours. Current available hours:

• Weekday afternoons/evenings: 3:30pm - 8:30pm
• Weekend shifts: 8am - 1pm or 1pm - 5:30pm

Additional shifts available for pick-up as needed. This is a growth path position with opportunity for promotion to Membership Sales Associate role within the company.

Responsibilities

• Studio Cleanliness:
  • Promptly clean and turn over the sauna room when guests exit, ensuring it is pristinely prepped for the next appointment
  • Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel process
  • Create towel bundles and place for guest accessibility
• Guest Experience:
  • Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically
  • Support Sales Associates through miscellaneous tasks including back-of-house duties

Prior experience in customer service is a plus!

Requirements

• A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
• A consistently awesome team-player attitude
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior customer service experience
• Evening and weekend availability

Physical Expectations

• Minimum 16 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Comfortable bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying supplies or towels (up to 25 lbs)
• Ability to safely and thoroughly clean sauna suites between guest appointments using non-toxic cleaning products
• Able to navigate between studio suites quickly and efficiently during high-volume times
• Capable of operating basic cleaning and sanitizing equipment (e.g., vacuum)
• Comfortable working in a hot environment and transitioning between sauna suite temperatures and ambient areas
• Able to respond quickly and physically in the event of a guest safety concern or facility need
