Responsibilities

• Ensure clean, fresh laundry is available all day, every day.
• Master the tools and products necessary to provide the freshest laundry in the spa industry.
• Maneuver the spa gracefully to collect used laundry without distracting guests or team members.
• Maintain an organized workspace and place laundry in dedicated areas.
• Perform "Quiet" Room sweeps to pick up dishes and miscellaneous items.
• Restock snacks and maintain guest comfort levels.
• Clean women's and men's locker rooms, ensuring proper sanitation of showers and restrooms.
• Perform a deep clean of the laundry/break room and changing lounges once a week.
• Act as the sanitation police, ensuring all areas—especially damp and moist spaces—are treated with extra care.
• Greet every guest with a smile and a warm welcome.
• Keep the break room orderly and ensure no dishes are left in the sink.
• Uphold Woodhouse brand standards in all areas.
• Take pride in your work to ensure each guest has the best experience.
• Communicate frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed expectations.
