About the role

A reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, office spaces, conference rooms, and hallways; replenish supplies as needed.
• Empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting supplies as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Respond promptly to requests for cleaning services or specific assignments from supervisors.
• Report any damages, defects, or issues to the Plant Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completed tasks.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and friendly, professional demeanor.
