Part-Time Video Production Coordinator

About the role

We're a real estate investment company growing across northern New England and we're seeking a part-time videographer to manage our content pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Owns the entire process from field shoots to final video delivery
• Works closely with the Chief Innovator to set and approve creative direction
• Coordinates with talent and external editors to ensure timely delivery
• Manages file organization and handoffs to the social media coordinator
• Ensures consistent workflow and reliability

Requirements

• Solid videography skills and a professional portfolio
• A reliable vehicle for field shoots
• Strong organizational habits (consistent file naming, deadline tracking)
• Clear, professional communication with all team members
• Ability to work independently and build rapport with subjects

Qualifications

• No editing experience required; external teams handle post-production
• No strategic input on brand direction requested
• This is a part-time, field-based role with flexible hours

Benefits

• $20-$25/hour compensation based on experience
• Approximately 15-20 hours per week
• Part-time W-2 employment with mileage reimbursement
