Part Time Video Producer

About the role

The Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering has an outstanding opportunity for a part time Video Producer. This is a 50% FTE position.

Key Responsibilities

• Meets with clients and makes recommendations on how to achieve communication objectives within project specifications, budget, and timeline.
• Creates original concepts and instructional design to effectively communicate to target audience.
• Plans and prepares planning materials such as scripts and storyboards.
• Produces broadcast-quality video that presents research and instructional results, complex technical issues, as well as Allen School events.
• Oversees the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and editing during recording and through editing and final delivery.
• Safeguards compliance with state and federal laws regarding copyright and privacy issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in broadcasting, communication, journalism, or related field and 4 years of producing, editing, and directing experience.
• Experience with Audio and video engineering.
• Experience with Graphic design and motion graphics.

Compensation, Benefits And Position Details

• Pay Range: Minimum - $88,800.00 annual, Maximum - $92,400.00 annual.
