Part Time Universal Banker (20 Hours), Santa Ana Branch (Bilingual Preferred: Spanish)

Entry-level role focused on assisting with sales, products, and service activities to build customer loyalty and increase sales for individual consumer clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to internal/external customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities out of service transactions and resolve customer complaints/issues promptly and effectively.
• Support sales/service activities within the branch by participating in seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, and product initiatives.
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay

The salary range for this part-time role is $47,510.00 - $61,990.00 annually (prorated based on hours worked), corresponding to an hourly rate of $22.84 - $29.80. In addition to salary, eligible employees may receive discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
