Part-Time Universal Banker (20 Hours), Bilingual English/Spanish Speaking Preferred, Plantation Branch

Responsibilities

• Aid in basic account openings for existing customers.
• Deliver service to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in line with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer potential opportunities to segment partners as appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Participate in branch sales and service activities, including seminars, micromarketing events, and promotional campaigns.
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, maintain a strong reputation, and adhere to policy, while promoting ethical behavior and reporting control issues transparently.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Retail Banking or a similar field.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking is preferred.

Requirements

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $25.87 per hour, with the actual amount varying based on the number of hours worked.
