Part-Time Universal Banker (20 Hours), Bilingual English/Spanish Speaking Preferred, Aventura South Branch

Responsibilities

• Aid in basic account openings for existing customers.
• Deliver service to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in line with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer potential sales opportunities to segment partners as appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Participate in branch sales activities such as seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, and product initiatives.
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, maintain a strong ethical standard, and escalate, manage, and report any control issues transparently.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent.

$41,600.00 - $53,830.00 annually, with hourly rate ranging from $20.00 to $25.87.
