Part Time - Teller

Role: On-site retail banking associate responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, processing financial transactions, and maintaining operational standards. Responsibilities Include Providing accurate, timely customer service and handling daily banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.Managing cash control, balancing ATMs, and assisting with vault responsibilities in adherence to security policies.Serving as the first point of contact for clients, recommending bank products, referring clients to appropriate departments, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.Enhancing client experience by resolving issues promptly and attending training to improve product knowledge.Ensuring compliance with all bank regulations, policies, and internal controls, and staying informed of operational updates.Performing miscellaneous transactions like bonds and money orders, and assisting with depository verification. Qualifications Include High school diploma or GED required; 6 months cash handling or teller experience preferred.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with office equipment. Skills: Excellent customer service, operational efficiency, risk management awareness, and ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily. Additional notes: No supervisory responsibilities; ability to perform all other related tasks as assigned.
