About the role

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a part-time Team Leader and be a role model as you provide a brand experience for our customers. This role will provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize profitable sales by the regular review of sales and margin information
  • Absorb and implement appropriate and effective space management techniques
  • Maintain the Store graphics system (including pricing) effectively, focusing on customer service and maximizing profitable sales
  • Evaluate and communicate on competitor visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to develop our business further
  • Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines
  • Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision and Values
  • Deliver Inspirational Retail Experiences Built On LEGO Brand Values

Requirements

  • Experience in a retail store environment
  • Leadership and/or management experience
  • Delivery of Employee training
  • Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
  • Point of sale automated systems
  • Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
  • Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
  • Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Lifting capacity: at least 30 lbs
  • Availability to work up to 30 hours per week covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 days

Pay

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $20.70-$22.10 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
