Responsibilities
- Answer and route phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Handle incoming emails and other administrative tasks
- Provide support to clients and colleagues as needed
- Ensure all communications are handled promptly and accurately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills including email and internet usage
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
