Responsibilities

  • Answer and route phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Handle incoming emails and other administrative tasks
  • Provide support to clients and colleagues as needed
  • Ensure all communications are handled promptly and accurately

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills including email and internet usage
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
