Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Compensation: $17.75/hour Responsibilities Include Providing support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssisting with medication monitoring and administrationMaintaining accurate, confidential records and completing documentationPreparing meals and performing light housekeeping and laundry dutiesSupporting residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsResponding to emergencies and crisis situationsTransporting residents to appointments and community resourcesCollecting urine samples and administering breathalyzer testsAttending staff meetings and training Qualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver's license with reliable transportation and acceptable driving record Additional Info DHS 83 training preferred or completed after hireLocal travel may be required (approximately 25–50%) Note: This role fosters a safe, structured environment, supporting recovery and independence for residents in a trauma-informed setting.
