Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administration per program policiesComplete accurate, confidential documentationPerform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparationSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crisis situationsTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededAttend staff meetings and training Qualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor with diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Details Training in DHS 83 preferred or to be completed after hireLocal travel may be required (approx. 25–50%) Note: This position offers flexible, part-time hours with every other weekend and a weekly staff meeting.
