Part-Time Support Staff - Women's Recovery Program

Position: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Pay: $17.75/hour This role involves providing support, supervision, and positive role modeling to residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery program for adult women, including those with infants. Responsibilities include assisting with medication monitoring, documentation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation. The professional will help residents develop daily living skills and achieve treatment goals, responding appropriately to emergencies and crises. Additional duties encompass collecting urine samples, administering breathalyzer tests, and participating in staff meetings and training. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries. Compassion, patience, and respect for diverse populations are essential. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record are required. Additional info: DHS 83 training preferred or to be completed post-hire. Local travel may be necessary. Note: This position offers part-time hours, including every other weekend and a weekday staff meeting.
