Part-Time Support Staff - Women's Recovery Program

About the role

This position involves supporting residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific residential treatment program for adult women, including those with infants up to 3 months old.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling
• Assist with medication monitoring and administration
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriately
• Transport residents to appointments and community resources
• Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as required
• Attend staff meetings and complete training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism
• Compassionate, patient, respectful approach to diverse populations
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record

Additional

DHS 83 training preferred or to be completed after hire; local travel may be required (approx. 25–50%).

Pay

$17.75/hour
