Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administrationComplete documentation and maintain confidential recordsPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry dutiesSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond appropriately to emergencies and crisesTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer testsAttend staff meetings and complete training Qualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Details Training in DHS 83 preferred or to be completed after hireLocal travel may be required (25–50%) based on program needs This role offers an opportunity to support recovery and well-being in a structured, compassionate environment.
