Part-Time Support Staff - Women's Recovery Program

About the role

As a Support Professional, you will provide supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery program for adult women, including those with infants.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration
• Complete documentation and maintain confidentiality
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Support residents’ daily living skills
• Respond to emergencies, transport residents, and collect urine samples or administer breathalyzer tests as needed
• Participate in staff meetings and required training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred experience in human services or behavioral health
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
• Approach residents with compassion and respect
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• DHS 83 training preferred or completed after hire
• Local travel based on program needs

Pay

$17.75/hour

Schedule

Part-time, every other weekend, with a weekly staff meeting
