Part-Time Support Staff - Women's Recovery Program

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Pay: $17.75/hour Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administrationMaintain accurate, confidential records through documentationPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry dutiesSupport residents in daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crises appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments, meetings, and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer testsAttend staff meetings and complete training Qualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Information Preferred or completed DHS 83 trainingLocal travel may be required (approximately 25–50%) Note: The role involves supporting recovery, maintaining safety, assisting with daily activities, documentation, and crisis response in a gender-specific, trauma-informed residential setting.
