Part-Time Support Staff - Women's Recovery Program

Responsibilities

• Support, supervise, and serve as a positive role model for residents
• Assist with medication monitoring and administration following policies
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Support residents in daily living skills and treatment goals
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriately
• Transport residents to appointments and community resources
• Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as needed
• Attend staff meetings and complete necessary training

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populations
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record

Additional Details

• Trauma-informed care training preferred or completed after hire
• Local travel may be required (approximately 25–50%)
