Part-Time Support Staff - Women's Recovery Program

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Pay: $17.75/hour Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific residential treatment setting.Assist with medication monitoring and administration following program policies.Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of resident activities and treatment progress.Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry duties.Support residents in daily living skills and achieving treatment goals.Respond effectively to emergencies and crisis situations.Transport residents to appointments and community resources.Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as needed.Attend staff meetings and training sessions. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries.Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populations.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record. Additional Info DHS 83 training preferred (or completed after hire).Local travel may be required (approximately 25–50%).
