Part-Time Support Staff - Women's Recovery Program

We are seeking Part-Time Adult Residential Support Professionals to work in a trauma-informed, gender-specific residential treatment program for adult women, including those with infants up to 3 months old. In this role, you will support residents' recovery by providing supervision, positive role modeling, and assistance with daily living skills. Responsibilities include monitoring medications and administering them per policies , maintaining accurate and confidential documentation , preparing meals, light housekeeping, and laundry , responding to emergencies and crises appropriately , transporting residents to appointments and community resources , and collecting urine samples and administering breathalyzer tests as needed Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred Strongcommunication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism Candidates should becompassionate, patient, and respectful with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Additional requirements includeDHS 83 training (preferred or completed after hire) , and local travel may be necessary This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support women on their recovery journey in a structured, safe environment.
