Part-Time Support Staff - Women's Recovery Program

Responsibilities

• Provide support, supervision and positive role modeling for residents
• Assist with medication monitoring and administration
• Complete accurate, confidential records and documentation
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations
• Transport residents to appointments and community resources
• Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests
• Attend staff meetings and complete training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populations
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record

DHS 83 training preferred or completed after hire

Local travel may be required (approximately 25–50%)

This role focuses on supporting recovery in a trauma-informed, gender-specific residential setting with infants, emphasizing safety, independence, and community engagement.

Pay

$17.75/hour
