Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI Responsibilities Support and supervise residents, providing positive role modelingAssist with medication monitoring and administrationComplete documentation and maintain confidential recordsPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundrySupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crises appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededAttend staff meetings and training sessions Qualifications High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Details: DHS 83 training preferred or completed after hire; local travel required (approximately 25–50%).
