Part-Time Support Staff - Women's Recovery Program

Responsibilities

  • Support, supervise, and serve as a positive role model for residents
  • Assist with medication monitoring and administration per policies
  • Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and records
  • Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals
  • Respond to emergencies and crises appropriately
  • Transport residents to appointments and community resources
  • Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as required
  • Attend staff meetings and complete training

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful manner with diverse populations
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record

Training in DHS 83 preferred (or completed after hire)

Local travel may be required (approximately 25–50%)

This role involves creating a safe, structured environment to support recovery, assisting with daily routines, and responding to residents' needs, emphasizing compassion and professionalism.
