Part-Time Support Staff - Women's Recovery Program

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) responsible for supporting women in a trauma-informed, gender-specific residential recovery program. Key Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling to residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administration per program policiesMaintain accurate, confidential documentation and recordsPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry tasksSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededAttend staff meetings and complete required training Qualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Requirements Preferred DHS 83 training (or completed after hire)Local travel required (approximately 25–50%) based on program needs Note: The role involves creating a safe environment, supporting recovery, documenting activities, and assisting with daily tasks and emergencies.
