Part-Time Support Staff - Women's Recovery Program

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI. Responsibilities: Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents, assist with medication monitoring and administration, complete documentation, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry, support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals, respond to emergencies, transport residents, and participate in staff meetings and training. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred. Must have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries. Compassion, patience, and respect are essential. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record are required. Additional Info: DHS 83 training preferred or to be completed post-hire; local travel may be needed (25–50%).
