Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Pay: $17.75/hour Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administrationComplete documentation and maintain confidential recordsPrepare meals, light housekeeping, and laundry dutiesSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crisis situationsTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer testsAttend staff meetings and training sessions Qualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Info Training in DHS 83 preferred or to be completed after hireLocal travel may be required (approx. 25–50%) Note: This role offers an opportunity to support women in recovery in a trauma-informed, gender-specific environment, fostering independence and well-being.
