Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI Responsibilities: Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administrationMaintain accurate, confidential documentationPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry dutiesSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededAttend staff meetings and complete required training Qualifications: High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional info: DHS 83 training preferred or completed after hireLocal travel may be required (approx. 25–50%) Note: This role involves supporting residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery environment, fostering independence and ensuring safety and well-being.
