Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI Responsibilities Support, supervise, and serve as a positive role model for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administration per program policiesMaintain accurate, confidential documentation and recordsPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry dutiesSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond effectively to emergencies and crisesTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededParticipate in staff meetings and training sessions Qualifications High school diploma or GEDPreferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recoveryStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Info DHS 83 training preferred or to be completed after hireLocal travel may be required (approx. 25–50%)
