Part-Time Support Staff - Women's Recovery Program

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI. Responsibilities Support, supervise, and serve as a positive role model for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administration per policiesMaintain accurate, confidential records and documentationPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry dutiesHelp residents develop daily living skills and achieve treatment goalsRespond effectively to emergencies and crisis situationsTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededParticipate in staff meetings and complete training requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; experience in human services or substance use recovery preferred; strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work independently with professional boundaries; compassionate and respectful approach; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Additional Info: DHS 83 training preferred; local travel may be required. The role offers $17.75/hour, part-time schedule, including every other weekend and a weekly staff meeting.
