Part-Time Supper Cafeteria Support
About the Role
DREAM, originally founded as Harlem RBI in 1991, serves over 2,500 youth annually across East Harlem and the South Bronx through a network of seven PreK-12 charter schools and community programs. We are committed to rigorous academics, social-emotional learning, family engagement, and health and wellness, preparing students for success in and out of the classroom. Our five-year plan aims to expand our impact to serve 3,500 students. DREAM has partnered with Brigaid to launch an in-house food service program in Fall 2023, starting at our South Bronx campus and expanding to two additional locations. This program will serve meals to 1,500 students year-round and provide curated food programs for alumni, families, and the community. The South Bronx campus will also serve as a culinary event space. Part-Time Cooks will work with Brigaid’s Program Chef and kitchen team to execute DREAM’s vision of a best-in-class food and nutrition program, reporting to DREAM’s Chief Operating Officer.
