Part-time Suite Runner

About the Role

Suite Runners support food and beverage operations throughout the Premium Suites. They play a key role in ensuring efficient operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, transport, and deliver food, beverages, snacks, condiments, and event supplies to assigned suites before and during events.
• Process event-day requests and maintain inventory levels.
• Restock service areas and assist with operational needs.
• Clear suites of dishes, utensils, and other service items after events.
• Read production reports and order tickets to ensure accurate and prompt deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Good communication and excellent teamwork skills; good customer service skills are preferred.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately prepare, organize, and deliver multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous banquet, hospitality, restaurant, country club, or food and beverage experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently climb stairs, push loaded carts, and lift up to 25 pounds alone and greater loads with assistance.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as the event schedule dictates.
• Must have 75% overall availability for events each month.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Pay

Starting pay: $10.50 per hour plus tips.
