Role Overview

The position involves providing professional and timely meal service to residents and guests in a senior living community, ensuring a warm and welcoming dining environment. Building positive connections and delivering excellent service are key to cultivating a hospitable atmosphere.

Key Duties

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Assist residents with menu choices
• Bus and reset tables according to standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas
• Complete side work and assist with opening/closing procedures
• Attend pre-meal meetings and utilize systems for order accuracy
• Proper use of systems for order entry
• Adherence to food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards

• Efficient in taking and delivering orders accurately
