Part Time - Server

About the role

The Server ensures residents have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean dining environment, and assisting with meal service.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve food orders professionally
• Assist residents with meal choices
• Greet and seat residents
• Ensure sanitary dining areas
• Display friendliness and professionalism
• Reset tables
• Cooperate with kitchen staff
• Track resident attendance
• Report safety issues
• Support community marketing efforts

Requirements

• Basic restaurant operation exposure
• Age over 18
• Clear background and health screening
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to operate serving equipment
• Physical mobility to perform job duties, including lifting up to 40 lbs

Physical Demands

• Standing for long periods
• Bending, pushing, pulling, and moving intermittently throughout the day

Pay

$16.28 per hour for approximately 20 hours per week.
