Part Time - Suites Server

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests and take food and beverage orders with efficiency and professionalism.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, maintaining safe handling and sanitation standards.
• Provide menu and ingredient knowledge, advise guests on food and drink pairings, and accommodate dietary requests.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special requests.
• Collect tickets, handle cash transactions properly, and maintain a clean, safe dining environment.
• Address guest concerns promptly and relay issues to supervisors.
• Set up and reset dining areas, operate relevant equipment, and assist during special events.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service.
