Role Overview

The Lead Dining Server supports daily dining operations in a senior living environment, ensuring a high standard of hospitality, service, and professionalism.

The role emphasizes creating a welcoming, professional, and warm dining experience while inspiring service excellence in senior living.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing dining and table service aligned with established standards
• Training and supporting new servers on service procedures
• Assisting residents with menu choices and accurately taking meal orders
• Ensuring proper setup, reset, and cleanliness of the dining area
• Maintaining side work, opening, and closing checklists
• Monitoring table presentation and dining decorum
• Adhering to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• Supporting special events and Bistro operations
• Maintaining confidentiality of resident information
