Role Overview

The position involves providing professional and timely meal service in a senior living community, ensuring a welcoming dining environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Assist residents with menu selections
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Complete assigned side work and opening/closing duties
• Attend pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Utilize designated systems for order entry and meal delivery
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Build positive connections and deliver excellent service to cultivate a hospitable environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in food service, waitstaff, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits
