Responsibilities

- Assist with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks.
- Follow individualized care plans to meet clients' specific needs.
- Observe, document, and report any changes in clients' conditions.
- Offer companionship and support daily activities in a safe manner.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid STNA certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
