Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person‑centered care to clients in their homes
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily activities
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks
- Follow individualized care plans accurately
- Observe, document, and report any changes in client condition
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all clients
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions
- Compassionate, respectful, and reliable attitude
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
