Responsibilities

• Absorb residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
• Support residents' emotional, social, and physical well-being
• Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
• Help create a positive, comfortable environment for residents and families

Requirements

• Current Ohio STNA certification
• Caregiving and compassionate attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and professional
• Commitment to providing outstanding resident care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Pay

• $2000 Sign on bonus available for Full Time
• Hourly Rate: $18.26-$20.15 hourly
