About the role
Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team in a Part-Time role.
Responsibilities
- Absorb residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
- Observe and report changes in resident conditions
- Support residents' emotional, physical, and social well-being
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Collaborate with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care
Requirements
- Current Ohio STNA certification
- Compassionate and dependable attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive work ethic and reliability
- Commitment to providing quality resident care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
