Responsibilities

- Tailor lessons to each student's unique needs and learning style. - Implement a gradual release approach to build student confidence and academic success. - Focus solely on teaching, with no additional work such as lesson planning, parent conferences, or grading. - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills.

Requirements

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish or a related field. - Patience and empathy for diverse learning needs. - A strong passion for teaching and sharing knowledge. - Proficiency in using Google Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS). - Ability to provide fingerprints (required for Arizona and Washington state) and pass a federal background check.

Bonus Qualifications

- Prior teaching certification (though not required). - Experience teaching Spanish. - Advanced degrees in specific subject areas. - Previous one-to-one teaching experience.
