Part Time Spanish Instructor - 1-to-1 Education

At Brightmont Academy, we offer a flexible part-time position with a unique teaching model: one-to-one instruction tailored to each student's needs.

Responsibilities

• Tailor lessons to individual student needs and learning styles
• Guide students towards mastery through a gradual release approach
• Focus on building confidence and academic success
• Eliminate the need for lesson planning, parent conferences, or grading
• Enjoy professional development opportunities to advance your teaching career

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish or a related field
• Patience and empathy for diverse learning needs
• A genuine passion for teaching and sharing knowledge
• Proficiency in using Google Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS)
• The ability to provide fingerprints (only applicable in Arizona and Washington) and pass a federal background check

Bonus Qualifications

• An advanced degree in a specific subject area
• Experience teaching advanced levels of Spanish
• Previous one-to-one teaching experience
