Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish, Language Education, or a related field
• Patience and empathy: you understand that every student learns differently and are committed to supporting them
• A genuine passion for teaching and sharing your subject with the next generation
• Proficiency using G-Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS)
• Ability to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA only) and pass a federal background check

Bonus Qualifications

• Teaching certification (nice to have, but not required)
• Experience teaching Spanish
• Advanced degree in a specific subject area of expertise
• Previous one-to-one teaching experience
