Part Time Spanish Instructor - 1-to-1 Education

Responsibilities

• Tailor lessons to individual student needs and learning styles
• Guide students towards mastery using a gradual release approach
• Focus on building confidence and academic success
• Eliminate the stress of lesson planning, parent conferences, and grading
• Enjoy professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching career

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish or Language Education
• Patience and empathy for diverse learning styles
• A genuine passion for sharing knowledge with students
• Proficiency in using Google Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS)
• The ability to provide fingerprints (required in Arizona and Washington) and pass a federal background check

Qualifications

• A teaching certification is nice to have, but not required
• Experience teaching Spanish or advanced degrees in specific subject areas are bonuses
• Previous one-to-one teaching experience is a plus
