Part Time Sonographer

Role: The Registered Sonographer performs ultrasound imaging, including abdominal, small parts, obstetrical, and vascular studies, to assist in diagnosis and treatment for adult and pediatric patients. They may also assist with needle procedures such as biopsies and drainages. Responsibilities Ensure all ultrasound equipment functions properly and is ready for use.Conduct ultrasound examinations independently, documenting procedures accurately.Perform studies at various sites, including portable and on-call exams, as needed. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree or equivalent from a trade school.Licensure as RDMS or equivalent; CPR certification preferred.No prior experience required; 2+ years of experience and RDCS certification are advantageous.Ability to perform ultrasound imaging and assist with procedures.
