About the role

The Shift Leader supervises restaurant shifts to ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service, contributing to profitability and compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage station operations, including dough handling, product accuracy, and proper portioning, while maintaining quality standards.
• Support achievement of product goals, address customer needs, and minimize complaints by following policies outlined in the employee handbook.
• Model positive behavior, uphold core values, and foster a collaborative work environment adaptable to change.
• Ensure shift coverage, provide feedback, maintain product quality, customer service, and operational standards such as cleanliness and safety.
• Contribute to profit goals through proper use of systems, manage cash, and oversee inventory to reduce loss.
