Key Responsibilities

• Supporting store operations and ensuring high service standards
• Delegating tasks and mentoring team members
• Training staff on food safety and product knowledge
• Providing excellent customer service and fostering a warm environment
• Managing inventory and ensuring product availability
• Promoting core values such as integrity, respect, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in supervisory or leadership roles
• High School Diploma or GED
• Physical stamina for demanding environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for coffee, bread, and French baked goods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle customer issues
• Knowledge of health and food safety regulations
